A couple of words of advice if you're installing this: BEFORE you start taking the old board out - take photo's of where all the wires go, possibly adding extra tags to one of the wires where two of them coming from the same source have the same color. Saves head scratching later. AS SOON as you have removed the original board, swap over the switch cover. I forgot it and then had to lift the board after starting reassembly.
